Since becoming deeply absorbed in music production as a young teenager, I have consistently surrounded myself one way or another in the creative aspects of the music industry. This love of music has always been a big passion in my life and is a massive driving force. From DJing and music production through to managing events, running audio systems, hosting radio shows, working at music festivals and even the subjects I've chosen to study vocationally.

Going from growing up with no prior musical background, to studying an extended Diploma in Music Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Sound Engineering and Production. I have learnt to expand on the self-taught music production skills that initially inspired me as a teen. Broadening my knowledge into the wider reaches of music, sound and acoustics.

 

During my final year of college, I grouped together with some friends to build a sound system. Soon after it quickly evolved into a self-sustaining brand that focused on running and promoting events as well as providing audio installations for clients. This gave me a great amount of practical, hands-on experience as an audio engineer.

As well as the practical side of sound engineering I have kept myself involved and inspired with performance and production. I produce and play a variety of music inspired by the underground music scenes that emerged across the UK in the early to mid 90s, most notably the Jungle and Hardcore movements.
